Common Fin Sourcing Problems We Help Solve
Move from an initial idea to an approved fin specification with clearer decisions on templates, fit, branding, tooling and packaging.
Need to turn a drawing, dimensioned outline or reference sample into a production-ready fin specification.
Concerned about inconsistent bases, loose fit or avoidable returns across different fin-box formats.
Need artwork placement, color and surface finish confirmed before repeat production.
Unsure which production route fits the quantity, target cost, launch stage and retail program.

CNC Process
CNC-Machined G10 / GFK Fins
Fin templates are cut from cured G10 or fiberglass panels using CNC equipment, then finished and checked to the approved specification. This route supports performance-oriented constructions and design revisions without a dedicated shape mold.
Molded Honeycomb Fins
Flexible tooling is used for lightweight honeycomb constructions, with material layup, graphics and finish confirmed through samples before repeat production.
Not Sure Which Production Route Fits Your Project?
Share the fin format, target quantity, material and launch plan. We will review whether CNC-machined or molded construction is the more suitable starting point.
