Artwork & Print Control

Artwork Approved Before Production Printing.

Artwork files, Pantone references, print method and placement are reviewed before sampling. The approved sample and signed artwork become the production reference, with acceptable tolerances agreed for each program.

01

Color Reference & Tolerance

Pantone or buyer-supplied references are recorded. Print samples are reviewed under agreed conditions, and allowable color variation is confirmed before mass production.

02

Artwork Scale & Placement

Dimensions, orientation, repeat pattern and safe areas are checked against the approved artwork and product size before cutting and assembly.

03

File Handling & Confidentiality

Buyer files are limited to the personnel and suppliers needed for the program. NDA or file-handling requirements should be agreed before files are transferred.

Retail Program Checks

Inspection Steps Defined by the Order Specification.

Needle detection, barcode checks and other retail controls are applied when required by product construction, the buyer manual and destination market. Methods, frequency, acceptance criteria and records are agreed before production.

Packaging & Label Control

Barcode & Label Verification

Approved barcode data, label artwork and placement are checked against buyer files. Scan verification and sampling frequency are defined in the QC or packing instructions.

Review UPC/EAN format and destination requirements per program.

Product testing and legal compliance remain specific to the product, material, test method and destination market. Final requirements should be confirmed in the approved specification and buyer documentation.
